Dr. Keyvan Estiri
\n<\/strong>Chairman of the Board
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Keyvan Estiri <\/strong>He completed his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Master\u2019s degree in MBA at the University of Bath in the UK, and his PhD in Marketing Management. In 2004, he founded Kianoosh Investment Company to explore and engage with capital markets.\nOver the following seven years, he launched eight companies across the livestock value chain. This evolution culminated in the establishment of Kianoosh Investment Holding in 2016. Over the next seven years, he established eight companies across the livestock industry value chain, a movement that led to the creation of Kianoush Investment Holding in 2016. In 2024, he launched Estiri Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the holding, with a clear mission: to invest in impactful innovation throughout Iran\u2019s livestock ecosystem\u2014from biotechnology and animal nutrition to smart farming and supply chain technologies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

Dr. Jamshid Razmyar
\n<\/strong>Board Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Jamshid Razmyar<\/strong> is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tehran, and a specialist in avian diseases. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and completed his specialization in avian diseases at the University of Tehran. Dr. Razmyar currently serves as the Head of the Central Laboratory of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and is a member of the National Committee on Avian Diseases. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal Poultry Science and Avian Diseases, ranked \u201cA\u201d by the Ministry of Science. His research focuses on viral and bacterial diseases of poultry, and he has authored numerous scientific articles and specialized books in this field.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

Dr. Mohammad Hadi Sekhavati
\n<\/strong>Board Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Mohammad Hadi Sekhavati <\/strong>holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and a Master's degree in Animal Genetics and Breeding. In 2012, he earned their Ph.D. in Animal Genetics and Breeding with a specialization in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. With the academic rank of Associate Professor, Dr. Sekhavati has over 15 years of teaching and research experience at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. During this time, he has led multiple research projects and supervised numerous Master's and Ph.D. theses. His area of expertise focuses on the production of recombinant proteins and peptides, recombinant vaccines and probiotic and microbiota engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

Dr. Bahman Onagh<\/strong>
\nChief Executive Officer (CEO) <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Bahman Onagh <\/strong> completed his Bachelor's degree in Biology and his Master's degree in Biochemistry before earning his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Tarbiat Modares University in 2012. He has many years of valuable managerial experience as a Production Manager and CEO in reputable companies across the country. His expertise includes optimizing bioreactors and drug formulation, which has played a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of industrial and pharmaceutical projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

Dr. Sareh Hajiabadi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Sareh Hajiabadi <\/strong>holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and has over twelve years of specialized experience in quality control and research laboratories. She is currently the Head of the Research and Development Unit at NikaBiotech, where she leads research projects and drives innovation in the field of biotechnology.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

Dr. Amir Asghari Baghkhirati<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Amir Asghari Baghkhirati<\/strong> holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Semnan University and a Ph.D. specializing in Avian Diseases from the University of Tehran.
